How can food be designed beyond current industrial production methods?
除了现行的工业生产方式外，我们是否还有其他设计/生产食物的可能性？
In the project "Protein Fantasy", designer Tu Yunwen launched a series of explorations on:
How can food be designed beyond current consumerism and industrialization?
How can food communicate itself through its own formal language?
What is the alternative food culture we may have in the future?
The author starts from re-creating a new living context and re-evaluates the definition of the “form” of food.
在项目“Protein Fantasy”中，设计师涂蕴雯展开了一些列关于出现有工业生产方法外，食物还能如何设计的探索。该项目对今高度工业化的食品系统提出了质疑：如果跳出当前消费主义和工业化食品系统优先考虑低成本，设计缺乏多样性或可持续性的现状，我们应当如何设计食物？食物将如何通过自己的形式语言进行自我表达？我们将来可能拥有什么样的替代性饮食文化？
作者从重新创建新的生活环境开始，重新评估食物“形式”的定义，并以此为契机建立场景以反映其食品未来的推测。
